When coaching clients, I incorporate the different disciplines I have learned throughout my career. I utilize the C.H.E.K approach which is different from other modalities because it is based on a more holistic view of the body. This method brings the body into balance from a physical, emotional, and spiritual perspective. A CHEK practitioner has been taught how to integrate functional eating and lifestyle management principles with exercise and rehabilitation programs. It is this combination that helps people find the optimal balance in their lives. Our choices about diet, rest, and movement have a tremendous impact on our health in a variety of ways. Through the use of comprehensive assessment tools I am able to determine where you might be out of balance and coach you toward better health.

Our time together will start with a series of questionnaires that help me identify what might be going on inside your body. This step is important for establishing a baseline that allows me to develop a program that will address nutrition and lifestyle factors. I will also include a comprehensive postural assessment that will assist me in designing corrective stretching and exercise programs to address any pain or physical concerns. These thorough questionnaires and assessments provide the information that is necessary to provide scientific and personalized programs that are specific to your body and also address your personal challenges.
