The difference
If you are like me, you have tried various self-help books in the search for a different level of wellness. Maybe even tried different treatments, looking to relieve some level of pain in your body. The CHEK system utilizes an integrated approach that begins with identifying what you are willing to change and grow for. There are 6 foundation principles that need to be balanced in the body.
My goal as your coach is to help you understand and master these principles so you can achieve a healthy and functional body so you can enjoy the things that are happy making in your life.
Pain and illness can serve as motivation to make certain changes, it is your body’s way to get your attention. Finding your purpose or dream in your life can maintain that motivation to manage the healthy habits we create. I will guide you to nutritional health, stretch and strengthen your body, create quiet time, and finally, focus on what is happy making in your life. My goal is to create awareness and help you realize health is not a chore. Health allows us to spend time doing the things we enjoy in life!
